2. Go to the following folder in regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> MICROSOFT -> Dfrg -> BOOTOPTMIZEFUNCTION
3. Find a string "Enable" then switch to "Y"
4. Restart your PC
