How to Enable Regedit using the group policy editor

1. Go to RUN, by pressing the [Windows + R] then type gpedit.msc and enter.
2. In the User Configuration, click Administrative Templates Select System.
3. Then double click on Prevent access registry editing tools.
4. Select Enable and Verify "running silently disable regedit" in the YES position, then click OK
